Aarushi seeks Sandeep’s help in evaluating her answer sheet to determine her suitability for the exams.

Sandeep evaluates Aarushi’s answer sheet and advises her to prepare for the IAS exam. Simultaneously, the episode delves into a flashback where Sandeep is portrayed as an actual IAS officer diligently performing his duties alongside a CO (Circle Officer) near a Bricks Bhatta (brick kiln) where laborers are struggling to receive their minimum wages from the contractor. Throughout his duty, Sandeep reminisces about his own struggles during the Civil Services examination.

Towards the end of the episode, Sandeep receives news that the number of attempts for the UPSC exam has increased from four to six attempts. This news brings happiness to Sandeep, providing a glimmer of hope and motivation for his own journey.
